At ManchisSilk.com, we are committed to delivering your favorite silk products safely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 3 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS once your order is placed.
Shipping Time
- Metro Cities: Delivery within 5 business days
- Other Locations (PAN India): Delivery within 8 business days
- Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and courier service efficiency.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship all over India.
- For international shipping requests, please contact our support team at support@manchissilk.com.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee of ₹70 may apply to orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional charge of ₹50.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
- You can also track your order directly from your My Orderssection after logging in to your account.
Delivery Delays
While we try to deliver on time, certain factors may lead to delays such as:
- Natural calamities
- Regional lockdowns or restrictions
- Courier service issues
We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any delays.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your address and contact information are accurate at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
- If the package is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.
- Products will not be shipped to non-serviceable pin codes. You’ll be notified at checkout if delivery is not available in your area.
