Return Policy

Return Window: You may request a return within 3 daysof receiving the product.

Eligibility Criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns are only accepted for products with genuine issuessuch as:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product
- Size mismatch (if clearly mentioned on the website)

Products on sale or clearance
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@manchissilk.com or call us at +91 73385 21763 within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant photographs (if applicable).
- Our team will review and approve eligible return requests.
- Once approved, you will be guided to ship the item back to us. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made to your bank account or via UPI after confirmation.
